In order to ensure the safety and orderliness of medical examination, the heads of departments should do a good job in the management of their personnel, first come first, not first rush. 3. Personnel who take part in routine physical examination should bring their physical examination forms. After the completion of all items, they should hand in their physical examination forms to the first or second floor service desk and receive breakfast. 4. Personnel who take part in occupational health examination must bring their ID card, personal basic information form and medical transfer form. After all the items are completed, two forms should be submitted to the first or second floor service desk and breakfast should be collected. |
